Every record you create — patients, practitioners, appointments, encounters — is stored as a standards-compliant FHIR resource with proper references, coding systems and metadata, so your data stays interoperable with any FHIR-capable EHR system.

How to use

   Add your practitioners and patients from their respective tabs.

   Book appointments by linking a patient (and optionally a practitioner) with a time slot.

   Record encounters (visits) with a status and reason — each becomes a FHIR Encounter resource.

   Open the FHIR Data tab to review validation results and the live Bundle preview.

   Export the Bundle as application/fhir+json, or import a Bundle from another system.
