Smart Toolkit for evaluating information projects, products and services

Summary report of a technical consultation in Bonn, Germany, held October 29-31, 2008, which was organised by CTA in collaboration with IICD, KIT, WI and BLE. The report contains a brief outline of the presentations and discussions which took place during the workshop. It also gives a summary of the main conclusions and key recommendations, as well as a schedule of activities planned for 2008.
